Starting your career is exciting — and completely overwhelming at the same time. You've done everything right — the late nights, the tough semesters, the hard work. But nobody really prepared you for what the workplace actually demands. Not the technical stuff. The human stuff.

That last question is personal to me.
Navis was founded after a workplace experience a close family member of mine encountered. The situation was deeply wrong — she was taken advantage of simply because she was young, new, and didn't yet know how to advocate for herself or navigate the conflict she was facing. By the time she told me what happened, it was too late to step in. She had already made the decision to leave.
That moment changed everything.
Because she wasn't alone, too many early career professionals walk into the workforce without the tools to advocate for themselves, or navigate the moments that define their careers.
Navis was founded to be that bridge — connecting academic knowledge to real workplace readiness, and giving every early career professional the skills and confidence to navigate with intention.
